Welcome to the 2025 BCBP Annual Report. Our theme this year is ‘Beacon of Hope, Fortified by Faith,’ inspired by Galatians 5:5, which reminds us that the Spirit makes us sure God will accept us because of our faith in Christ. 

This video provides a look back at our journey through 2023 and 2024, highlighting our mission to bring Christ into the marketplace and win the marketplace for Christ, as we continue to move forward empowered by the Spirit.

Our mission continues to grow. Today, we celebrate 150 chapters, 37 outreaches, and 50 missions, totaling 237 locations across the Philippines, USA, Canada, and the Asia Pacific region, all serving as a beacon of hope.

In this report, you will find messages from our Spiritual Director, Fr. Herb Schneider, Chairman Luis Jose Ferrer, and President Anecito Serrato. They reflect on our shared journey and the golden jubilee ahead.

The Executive Summary provides a concise overview of our community’s progress, governance, and our 2026-2030 strategic framework, ensuring our mission remains focused as we approach our 50th anniversary in 2030.

Remembering our roots is vital. From our humble beginnings in 1980 at the Makati Sports Club, we have grown into a community committed to integrity, justice, and the Lord’s work in the marketplace.

Our mission and formation directorates have been hard at work. From the successful National Grand Breakfast to new family and youth initiatives, we are actively reaching new generations for Christ.

The Social Action and Business Transformation directorates continue to make a tangible impact. Through advocacy and training, we are helping our members live out their faith as a noble vocation in their professional lives.

We are also strengthening our community identity through digital platforms, environmental stewardship, and improved internal communications, ensuring that our growth is sustainable and globally aligned.

Our feature stories highlight real testimonies of faith in action. These stories serve as a reminder of how our community is influencing culture and society for the better, guided by our spiritual leaders.

We are grateful for the servant leaders who guide the BCBP. This report features the dedicated members of our Board of Trustees and the Management Committee who lead us with wisdom and grace.

We also recognize the leadership within the Brotherhood International Foundation and our Advisory Council. Their experience and commitment are instrumental in guiding our international expansion and long-term vision.

Our financial report reflects our commitment to transparency and faithful stewardship. While these details are shared with our community members, we keep them private on public social media to protect our internal operations.
