FAQs
21.) What is the difference between BCBP Kalibo Rising Website & Blogsite and the BCBP Brother’s Keeper (BK3)?
While both tools serve the Brotherhood of Christian Businessmen and Professionals (BCBP) Kalibo, they provide two distinct functions: one for inspiration and storytelling, and the other for administrative management.
1. BCBP Kalibo Rising Website & Blogsite – (http://www.kalibobcbp.org)
a.) Purpose: Acts as a narrative repository for the chapter.
b.) Content: Focuses on “deep-dive” stories, testimonials, and detailed accounts of local chapter activities.
c.) Audience: Open to members and the public to showcase the vibrancy of the Kalibo community.
2. BCBP Brother’s Keeper (BK3) – (http://www.brotherskeeper.ph)
a.) Purpose: National’s initiative that functions as a centralized management database for the entire BCBP organization.
Key Features:
b.) Member Profiles: Secure storage of personal and contact information for all members.
c.) Activity Tracking: Records of attendance at breakfasts, Chapter assemblies, Action Group Meetings and other official events.
d.) Financial Records: Tracking of Tithes and contributions (currently under development).
e.) Audience: Private; intended for internal administrative use and member tracking.
22.) How can I get my official BCBP I.D. card?
Your official Identification card will be issued to you upon your submission of a current passport-size photo. However, you will first need to establish an account with Brother’s Keeper which will generate a unique QR code for you within the organization. If you haven’t registered your account with Brother’s Keeper yet, accomplish and submit the form here.
23.) What do I need to do upon logging on to my Brother’s Keeper account?
Complete your profile in three easy steps:
a.) Verify: Check your contact information for accuracy.
b.) Personalize: Upload a photo to stand out from the crowd.
c.) Secure: Update your default password (and keep a copy in a safe place).
24.) I can’t receive new email at the address I used to register with Brother’s Keeper because my Inbox is full. What can I do?
If you can no longer receive emails, you should update your account with a secondary or new email address to ensure you don’t lose access. Here is what you can do:
a.) Update Your Profile: Log in to your Brother’s Keeper account and change your registered email to an active address in your Account Settings.
b.) Clear Space: Delete large attachments or empty the “Trash” and “Spam” folders in your full inbox to resume receiving mail. If you’re using free Gmail, note that photos and videos you have uploaded go against your free space. You may want to delete them permanently or transfer them to an external drive to open up space.
c.) Contact Support: If you are locked out because you cannot receive a password reset link, reach out to the Brother’s Keeper support team with your secondary or new email address. Support will then verify your identity and manually update your email address in BK3.
