FAQs
17.) Can an Assistant AGL (AAGL) create an AG Meeting event?
No. Currently, the BK3 system does not have a specific service designation for AAGLs.
Important: To maintain account security, AGLs should never share their login credentials with their assistants. For now, only the primary AGL can create and manage these events.
18.) Who can see the Action Group (AG) meetings I post?
Visibility is structured to ensure both privacy and proper pastoral oversight. When an AGL posts an event, it is visible to:
1. The Chapter Head and authorized officers of the Governance Team.
2. The specific Action Group members for whom the meeting is intended.
3. Unit Leader(s) with jurisdiction over the group.
19.) Why is 100% digital event creation required starting this February?
It is time to fully embrace our digital transition. National and Regional leadership believe our chapters are now ready for full digitalization. Our Track Record: BCBP Kalibo was recognized as a Top 10 Chapter nationally last year for our consistency in events creation in BK3. Our Goal: Chapter Head Jerome encourages us to build on this momentum. By recording 100% of our meetings, we ensure accurate data, better support for our members, and continued excellence in our mission.
20.) Is the “One-on-One” event module ready for use?
Not yet. While we recognize the importance of tracking one-on-ones, this feature is still under development by Digiteer Inc. We are monitoring their progress closely and will notify everyone as soon as this tool goes live.
