We understand your concern. It’s absolutely crucial to be cautious about sharing personal information online, and your worries are valid. NSD for Digital and Communications bro. Aries Sayson have repeatedly assured us that privacy and security are top priorities, and National is taking this very seriously. The information collected is for the purpose of personalizing your experience with a view to assisting the leader to make informed decisions. BK3 will not use your data for anything other than these stated purposes.

6.) Who has access to sensitive information such as my Tithes?

The Chapter Treasurer and Chapter Head are the only individuals with access to view individual member tithe contributions at the Chapter level. The Treasurer is also responsible for data entry of these contributions into BK3. The level of access to individual tithe information for Regional and National leadership is currently being reviewed. We anticipate their access will be limited to aggregated, anonymized data to preserve member confidentiality. This information will be updated as it becomes available.

7.) How does my attendance in community events get tracked and recorded in BK3?

Your BK3 registration includes a unique QR code that identifies you within the BCBP community. Use this code with the BK3’s built-in scanner module for fast and accurate digital attendance tracking at events. 8.) How about my Formation tracks? Why and how will it be tracked in BK3?

The BCBP’s member formation process follows a structured, predetermined track designed by the Formation Ministry. Every teaching and session organized by the Formation Ministry is meticulously planned to align with this carefully curated track.

Your attendance at these Formation teachings is a direct indicator of your progress along the prescribed formation steps. By participating in the scheduled sessions, you demonstrate your commitment to the comprehensive formation program.

Conversely, if you fail to attend one or more of the regularly scheduled Formation teachings, you will be considered out of track. To rectify this and ensure you receive the complete formation experience, you will be required to attend the missed sessions when they are next offered by the Formation Ministry.

Similar to the attendance tracking for other BCBP events, your presence during the Formation teachings will be monitored using your unique BK3 QR code. This system allows the Formation Ministry to maintain detailed records of your participation and progress throughout the member formation journey.
