BCBP Kalibo Chapter Assembly: A Gathering of Faith, Love, and Community

Kalibo, Aklan – The BCBP Kalibo Chapter held its monthly assembly on Friday, 6 o’clock in the evening of September 20, 2024, at the Pan de Nino RS Café beside the St. John the Baptist Cathedral in the heart of Aklan’s capital.  Attended by 40 active members, the event was a testament to the community’s unwavering faith and love for God.

Members flocked to the assembly in search of spiritual sustenance.

The assembly kicked off with a vibrant praise and worship session led by Bro. Marlon Julius “Dodoy” Lao. The music ministry, composed of talented members, guided the attendees in heartfelt prayers and uplifting songs.

The inimitable bro. Dodoy and the MM led the community in the praise and worship of the Lord, our God.

The Word of God was shared by several chapter members, including CH Bro. Jerome Quimpo, Bro. Julius Barrientos, Sis. Bing Mayor, Sis. Maria Magpusao, and Sis. Myrna Deslate. Their messages touched the hearts of the audience, reminding them of God’s grace and blessings.

Following the spiritual nourishment, members shared their personal experiences of God’s inspiration and blessings in recent weeks. Bro. Julius Barrientos, Sis. Aida Inocencio, Sis. Myrna Deslate, and Sis. Chingbee Salazar offered heartfelt testimonies that highlighted the transformative power of faith.

After the praise, worship, and sharing, reports were presented by CH Jerome Quimpo, Bro. Marven Ignacio, and Bro. Mark Narandan. These reports provided updates on the chapter’s activities and plans.

The assembly concluded with a sense of unity and purpose. The leadership team, led by Assembly Ministry Head Bro. Alden Diangson and Formation Head Bro. Vim Samonte, expressed gratitude for the active participation and commitment of the members.

The BCBP Kalibo Chapter Assembly continues to be a vital gathering for its members, fostering a supportive community and deepening their connection with God.
