The journey towards an efficient and comprehensive database system for the Brotherhood of Christian Businessmen and Professionals (BCBP) continues with Brother’s Keeper. Currently in its third iteration, the BK3 system aims to centralize crucial community records, making access easier and quicker for authorized personnel.
While the vision of a unified online platform for community data management remains strong, the recent BK3 seminar and workshop in Cebu City underscored the challenges and ongoing development required. The system, though promising, is still plagued by issues that need addressing.
Recognizing the system’s imperfections, the BCBP leadership (represented by bro. Aries Sayson, NSD Communications & Digital) appeals for patience as the development team diligently works to rectify bugs and enhance functionalities. It is essential to understand that building a robust database system is a complex process that takes time.
Despite the current hurdles, the belief in the potential of BK3 to revolutionize community record management persists. By consolidating information in one accessible location, the system has the power to streamline operations and improve decision-making. The BCBP National, Regional and Chapter leaders remain committed to this endeavor and assures its members of its dedication to delivering a fully functional and efficient Brother’s Keeper system in the future.

As the development process unfolds, the BCBP encourages open communication and feedback from its members to help shape the system’s evolution.1 By working together, the community can contribute to building a Brother’s Keeper that truly meets its needs.
